Mrs. Vanitha, the creative force behind Lebundt, embarked on her culinary journey inspired by her daughter Simran and a compelling idea in 2010. Together, Vanitha and Simran transformed a home-baking experiment into the flourishing brand that Lebundt is today—a beloved and celebrated name known for the quality and versatility displayed in a delightful array of desserts, savories, and stunning custom-designed cakes.

Vanitha’s passion for baking ignited at the age of 17 and led her to the Bakery Unit at the University of Agriculture Sciences in Bangalore. Through networking with home bakers, she honed her craft and deepened her understanding of the art of baking. Despite a career in the central government until 2019, Chef Vanitha rediscovered her love for cakes while baking an abundance of treats for friends and family.

Driven to refine her skills, Vanitha enrolled in short-term courses at the Institute of Baking & Cake Art and Lavonne, prestigious institutions in Bangalore specializing in baking science and pastry arts. With over a decade of dedicated learning, Vanitha proudly launched her brand, LeBundt, a testament to her passion and expertise in the art of baking. Today, she continues to bring joy and flavor to countless lives through the delectable creations of Lebundt.
